Jim Kingzett is an attorney and licensed California and Nevada real estate broker. He has over 35 years experience in real estate acquisition, development, management and disposition with specialized experience in the coordination of design, planning and permitting functions of real estate development in the U.S. and abroad. Jim earned his J.D. degree from the University of Montana following graduation from Carroll College in Helena, Montana where he was elected President, Associated Students of Carroll College in his senior year.
Alexandra Kingzett is a California real estate licensee and Florida State Building Contractor. In the past five years Alexandra directed the renovation and operations of The Peninsula Inn and Spa, a Historic Hotels of America affiliated property located in St. Petersburg, Florida which earned distinction as having the highest Zagat rated restaurant in the Tampa Bay metroplex. In 2002 she was named business person of the year by the City of Gulfport's Chamber of Commerce. In Nevada she serves as President of the Board of The Ridge Sierra Resort, an 1800 member interval ownership property at Lake Tahoe. She is a licensed instrument rated private pilot and a University of Colorado graduate in Music Composition.
Marco Fiorello, Ph.D. has over 30 years experience in operations research, information science, cost analysis, and energy process modeling with government and commercial clients in domestic and international environments. He is employed by SYS Technologies, Inc. as Director of Management Sciences in their C4I Division. In an earlier effort, he was the founder and president of SAGE Solutions, a company focused on utilizing Slagging Ash Gasification Engineering to develop and market cost-effective and environmentally sound solutions to municipal and industrial waste. His academic background includes: a Ph.D. in Operations Research and Information Science, an MBA, and Bachelor of Science degrees in Production Management and Mechanical Engineering, all from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, he is a Certified Cost Analyst.
Mary E. McQuattie, CCIM "Missy" Missy is the Founder and President of Commercial Industrial Consultants, Ltd., and Commercial Industrial Real Estate Services in Reno Nevada, founded in 1996. CIC is a full service Commercial Real Estate and Consulting firm with an emphasis on National/International companies, site location and land acquisition. http://www.cireservices.com. Missy initiated the land/geothermal partnership, Geothermal Rail Industrial Development, LLC. and assisted as a Managing Member in the facilitation of various entitlements for the property, financing as well as locating companies to its Churchill Gateway Commerce Park. Her background includes CB Commercial, Trammell Crow Company, Heitman Financial, Ltd. and Xerox Corporation. She was also under contract at the U.S. sponsored Instituto Panameņo-Norteamericano, Panama, C.A. as a language and cultural Professora. She has served as Trustee on numerous boards was educated at Mt. St. Mary's College, Los Angeles, California, Arizona State University, holds a CCIM designation from the CIREI Institute of Chicago and is a Real Estate Licensee in California and Nevada.
