GRID'S 4,500 acres are divided between Lyon and Churchill Counties offering prospective purchasers their choice of location. GRID is currently developing its property in two phases:

Phase One

GRID is developing its Highway 50 frontage property which consists of five principal components:

Churchill Gateway Commerce Park
GRID has rezoned to M-l 100 acres fronting on the South side of Highway 50 between the County line and Jersey Lane creating Churchill Gateway Commerce Park (see map). This development features six 5 acre Highway frontage parcels, four 3.75 acre parcels on the corner of the Highway and Jersey Lane (ideal for truck stop, convenience store and RV park uses), and 60 acres of interior parcels of 2.5 to 5 acres. Roads serving these parcels have been constructed. Sierra Pacific 480v power extends into the Park to provide service to all parcels. C & C Communications will provide fiber optic cable access. GRID'S engineering consultants will assist purchasers with the development of their well and septic systems.

Two Parcels In Lyon County
GRID is planning development on two Lyon County Highway 50 frontage parcels:

South of Highway 50 and West of GRID'S Churchill Gateway Commerce Park (see above), there are 220 acres featuring 1/2 mile of prime Highway frontage and interior acreage suitable for commercial or residential development.

North of Highway 50 and just 1/2 mile from the Eastern end of the Desert Lakes golf community are 412 acres featuring 1 1/3 miles of Highway frontage with prime developable retail and office frontage, a commercial center to be anchored by a national retailer and an interior light industrial park. GRID plans to serve this property with geothermal heating and cooling to stabilize its customer's energy costs. GRID will also set aside approximately 20 acres for development of an incubator park offering free land to promising alternative and renewable energy technology companies seeking sites from which to commence operations.

All GRID Highway 50 frontage parcels feature flat to gently sloping terrain with superb access to NDOT's new four lane controlled access Highway, construction of which is scheduled to commence in the Fall of 2005.

Phase Two

GRID will develop its interior lands which will feature development of GRID'S primary geothermal resource, potential main rail line access for industrial development and the construction of GRID'S private airport.
