Bordering five other states, Nevada is well situated to serve as a central hub for market access to 50 million consumers in the western United States. Well served by highway, rail, and air, locating in Nevada makes markets as far away as Denver, Seattle, and Los Angeles easily accessible within a day or two, quickly linking Nevada businesses with their customers. Because of this, UPS has chosen to locate a regional hub in the area, and Barnes & Noble, KMart, JC Penny have all located a DC in or near Reno. WalMart is building a major west coast DC as well near Fernley, NV. Amazon.com's west coast DC is also in Fernley, just a few miles from GRID property.

The Port of Oakland and San Francisco is only 225 miles away, and connected to GRID by rail, highway, and air. This links GRID property to one of the largest international customs seaport/airport areas in the world. Reno also hosts the closest Foreign Trade Zone.

Air cargo and customs is served by the Reno International Airport, only 40 minutes by truck from the GRID property. The Reno International Airport is capable of handling any matter of international shipments, and customs and immigration services are located at the airport. GRID has also received FAA airspace approval for an airport on its property, opening the path for corporate jet access directly to the property.

The GRID property is dual served by the Union Pacific Railroad and the Burlington Northern Railroad. Planned improvements on the property include expanded rail access.

Several major highway corridors cross through the Reno/ Fernley area, Interstates 80 and State Highway 50 (east/west), and US Highway 395 ( north/south). GRID has over three miles of frontage on Highway 50, making Interstate access quick and easy. The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) is also beginning a large scale improvement project on GRID's Hwy 50 frontage, widening the road to four lanes and improving access. GRID's access to this new highway is superior to all other frontage properties in the area.

It is clear that GRID offers a superior location for expanding business, or those relocating to a more strategic locale.
