The above table outlines some incentives to relocate to Nevada. That is not all though, because the State offers much more, including training program incentives, and deferrals and abatements for sales and use taxes and property taxes. Of course, there is a renewable energy tax abatement too.

Nevada is a right to work state, and Nevada favors incorporation. Beyond the tax benefits of incorporation in Nevada, the State does not share information with the IRS, the fees are nominal, and stockholders are not public record.

Taxes are low in Nevada. Property tax caps out at $3.65 per $100 of assessed value, and averages about $2.85 per $100. State sales tax is 6.5%. Most businesses pay payroll taxes of .65%, with an allowance for health insurance deductions.
